We make it a priority to respond quickly to each request so the aircraft can get back into service with minimal disruption to the planned itinerary.

We manufacture and install factory-authorized aftermarket windows for a wide variety of aerospace brands, including:

Repair

Airplane cockpit and cabin windows are made to last throughout the usable life of an aircraft, so damaged transparencies can often be repaired. Our FAA certified mobile technician will travel to your location in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Nebraska or Arkansas to assess the issue. He or she will measure the depth of the chip or crack and assess the transparency’s overall integrity to determine if it should be repaired or replaced.

In many cases, window polishing can buff out superficial scratches and remove haziness or cloudiness caused by age or improper cleaning. However, a transparence with a deep crack or chip will have to be replaced.

Your technician will perform another inspection and provide you with a certificate for the work after the repairs are complete.

Replacement

Windshields, cockpit and cabin windows with deep cracks, gouges or chips will have to be replaced. Lee Aerospace’s FAA certified mobile technicians will travel to your hangar in the Wichita area, remove the old window, install a new one and then complete an inspection so you can get back in the air as soon as possible.

We have replacement windows available for a variety of airplane manufacturers. Ask us if heated windshields and/or CoolView windows are available for your aircraft model.

A mobile tech will travel to the plane’s location to evaluate the integrity of the windshield, cabin windows and cockpit side windows to ensure they’re all within the manufacturer’s acceptable tolerance guidelines. With a team that spans the globe, we can have a tech there to complete an inspection and any needed repairs within 24 hours.
